Membership.
Members of this site must be eligible to place a bid or sell an item. Suspended or banned members from Auction-Z.com are not eligible to use this service. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this site
Bidder and Buying
If you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction, you are required to pay the amount you have offered if it meets the seller’s requirements. Failure to make payment will result in a permanent ban from our services. By bidding for an item, you agree to a legally binding contract between you and the seller.
Seller and Selling
All items for sale must be described in the most accurate detail possible. Failure to do so may result in your auction being removed without a refund. All items sold must adhere to the Auction-Z.com guidelines. No illicit materials or those to be of offensive nature may be sold on this site.
All items for sale must be placed in the correct categories. Any listings found to be placed in the wrong categories will be removed. Continuous abuse of the categories will result in a possible banning of the seller and all actions will be removed with no refund.
Registration Information
All information entered must be completely accurate. If we suspect that false information and fraud has been entered or committed we will remove the account with any prior notice.
Fees
Registration is completely free, and there are no charges to list an auction. There are no hidden fees or after sales fees. You may however choose to upgrade your auction to get extra attention which may require a small fee. Each auction is approved before listing to help maintain a level of quality within the auctions and to discourage auction spamming. We reserve the right to change fees at any time with prior notice given to sellers.
Disputes and Liability
Auction-z.com will not be involved in any disputes between seller and bidder. We shall not be held responsible for any loss of profits or damages arising from the use of our services and site.
Occasionally the site will be taken down for a period of hours to perform maintenance. This will occur during the hours of minimal traffic to ensure that auctions are not interfered with. We shall not be held responsible if the site is not operational due to any reason beyond our control.
We reserve the rights to update and change this material without prior notice given to users.
