Sapphire ring? Question for jewelers- or people who know rings?

I'd like to buy a silver ring with a blue sapphire as the main stone, and maybe amethyst as two simpler stones on the side? Is that possible? Do people make rings like that? Are they expensive?

If not like that, do they make a ring with blue sapphire as the main, and smaller diamonds?

Yes, it is possible. It would not be "cheap" to have someone make a ring for you. If someone makes it for you, it will be made with the materials you want.

Silver is not expensive. Amethysts are not terribly expensive. Sapphires vary considerably, but are expensive for good quality. The size of the stones would play a part.

It is possible that a ring with those stones exists already. I just looked on ebay and found several with prices from $22.00 to $325.00. I don't think any of them are what you want.
