Many patients remark how his important it is to them that the surgeon has a calm and reassuring demeanour which provides great comfort at this recovery stage. Only after the surgeon and his medical specialists are certain you are medically okay, will you be taken back to your bedroom.

You are then visited by further qualified medical staff who constantly monitor your progress. You will be amazed at how rigorous your gastric band aftercare treatment is.

You are connected to a fluids drip and nurses frequently check your blood pressure, fluid intakes and take blood samples. They also provide you with pain reduction medicine to assist in your recovery and comfort.

The medical staff are on hand to ensure you have a good, and safe nights rest. You are frequently monitored throughout the night by the night medical staff.

You will be able to visit the bathroom which is generally an en-suite bathroom in your bedroom.

There are further toilets, bathrooms and shower cubicles at the end of each landing of the hospital I am referring to in Belgium. Most patients are able to walk to the bathroom and use the toilet unaided.

You will give more blood for testing and more pain killers. You will then be taken to a specialist medical room where a qualified medical specialist checks your heart and lungs etc.

You are then taken back to your bedroom for further tests and a light breakfast. After which you can bathe or take a shower before returning to your bed to rest.

Once all the tests have been finalised, your surgeon visits you in your bedroom to assure you that everything is okay and reminds you of what you have to do in the months following your gastric band surgery.

He provides an overview of what is included in your post gastric band operation aftercare bag, provided by the hospital. He outlines the number of pain tablets to be taken and the frequency with which they should be taken.

The surgeon then leaves your room to check on your hospital discharge time. You will then be visited by the hospital welfare representative who will return any valuables you left in the hospital safe. He/she will also discuss your aftercare treatment.

After breakfast you may receive a visit from one of the surgeon's medical support team. He/she will answer any further questions and inform you of the time the/she will visit you at your hotel after you have been discharged. The purpose of this visit is to ensure you are well enough to travel home.

Your on duty nurse will then give you your hospital discharge time and you will attend the nurses' station to pick up your gastric band operation aftercare pack.

You take a taxi back to your hotel and rest until you receive a call or visit from your surgeon's medical assistant. This is usually the evening after your hospital discharge. Once you have been cleared you have a good night's rest and leave the following morning.

You are given your surgeon's contact details in case you encounter any issues, problems or if you just need answers to any concerns.

After you arrive home you spend a little while recuperating. Recovery time varies from patient to patient and can take anytime from a few days to 2 weeks.

Can I Sell original music made with MagicGarage Band loops?

I have a Macbook and I use it to record songs I write. I recently made a Kid's song using loops in the MagicGarage Band mode. I did arrange them myself, but I am wondering if I am allowed to sell the song on Itunes since I didn't technically play the instruments myself on this song. It uses riffs and beats that I looped to create the song. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I think there would be a way to argue that you can't take credit for that but if they are software tracks then i think if you slightly tweek them that is acceptable.
